THE RESUSCITATIVE TEE WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

WE UNDERSTAND THAT MANY TIMES UNPREDICTABLE THINGS HAPPEN, AND AS A GENERAL RULE OUR TEAM WILL DO THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS WITH COURSE PARTICIPANTS.

OUR WORKSHOPS ARE SMALL (ONLY 24 PARTICIPANTS PER COURSE), INVOLVE A LOT OF TRAINING EQUIPMENT AND HAVE A 1:3 FACULTY PARTICIPANT RATIO, WHICH MEANS A RELATIVE HIGH PRODUCTION COST COMPARED TO MOST COURSES. IN ADDITION TO THIS, BECAUSE WE CARE A LOT ABOUT DETAILS AND HAVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS, THERE IS A LOT OF PREPARATION INVOLVED AND LOGISTICS THAT REQUIRE WORK MONTHS IN ADVANCE. FOR THESE REASONS, WE need to finalize the list of course participants approximately 6 weeks prior to the course date.

our POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS is as follows:

  1. in order to request a cancellation or inquire about a registration modification, a request must be placed using the form below.

  2. Registration cancellations received up to 45 days prior to the course start date, are eligible to receive a full refund of the registration fee

  3. Registration cancellations received on or after 44 days prior to the workshop, will not be eligible for a refund, unless the workshop has a waiting list and a participant is found to replace the cancelled slot.

  4. all other situations including requests for registration modifications,transference of registrations, etc., will be evaluated individually by the workshop organizers.
